I Remember…

David-daily
It is 9/11 bad again, different enemies.

I remember where I was when I heard about the first plane flying into the World Trade Center. At home, in Tampa, Florida, getting ready for class.

I remember I had students in NYC who were there when it happened.

I remember helping the security guard on top of the tower asking me to help fold the flag at closing, the evening I visited the World Trade Center. I did, and he was happy to see I knew how to do it. One of my racquetball partners was getting married on Long Island, so we were in town for the wedding.

I remember the steel exoskeleton of the twin towers. Thinking they’d stand forever.

I remember seeing a small plane flying below us, flying over the Hudson river. That’s how high those towers stood.

I remember Soho and Battery Park and NYC. Unbelievable, except for being there first hand. Words fail. If you’ve not visited NYC, you cannot imagine what it is like.

I remember everything shutting down by noon that day, no school. In Tampa, Florida.

I remember no air traffic for a long time there after.

I remember the angst and resolve we had, that having been attacked, we set ourselves to killing our attackers.

I remember us doing that, killing our attackers.

I remember the fallout from the buildings, and the ensuing illnesses from exposure to the wreckage of the fallen World Trade Center.

I remember the attack at the Pentagon, and the failed attack stopped by civilians crashing that flight in Pennsylvania.

I remember George Bush Jr. saying that we were under attack.

As of today, September 11th, 2020, we are still under restrictions put in place that long ago.

As of today, September 11th, 2020, we are again under attack, though no one but a few of us seem to recognize it for what it is: World War Three.

I recognize that we are no longer the United States of America, but the United States of China, and the Democrat party, aided heavily by Republicans, are doing their best in establish an “American” version of the CCP, the Chinese Communist Party.

I recognize that we are again attacked, because we are hated, by our enemies, only this time they are domestic: Hive Media, subversive governments, exploiting corporations. Evil all around.

The price of freedom is vigilance, and when attacked, war, to the death. Yet there do not seem to be Americans left to fight for America, that the few of us here, are on our own.

As Americans, we will always be a minority of the people. But if we are to survive, we have to fight for everyone. It has always been this way.

Let’s remember those killed by our enemies. Let’s recognize too, those who are today, killing us, still our enemies. Let’s resolve ourselves again, to killing those who attack us. Until they are killed, we are in danger, we are killed.

Thanks for the visit. See you next time!

Clarity, unity, organization, action. Let’s not fail where it counts.

Be American. Stay American!
