I don’t watch TV, or sports, so I don’t really care in the first place, but hearing about professional sports players boycotting their jobs, because an idiot gets what’s coming to him, from the police, well that’s a teaching moment not to be missed. Jacob Blake is lucky to be alive; the police did what’s right.
Hey stupid professional sports players, referees are the police in your games. I want you to man up, and tell them you’re not going to listen to them. That they are oppressing you. That refereeing is racism. Right? Everything is racism, because you’re black, or someone it black. Right?
Fucking dummies. The problem is the answer. Denial isn’t the answer. Excuses are not the answer. I think you believe you’re different, but I also think that you’re not. No one is. No exceptions.
How did you get there?
You’re playing sports for a living. How did you mange that? Did you get that job because you’re entitled to it? Did you get that job because you’re black? Did you get that job because you’re white? What privilege got you that job?
Or did you work your ass off, because you wanted it enough to work your ass off? Do you know of anyone who can have your job, without working their ass off, and be talented? I’m talking about you, so I expect you to know, or to have at least thought about it. Do you know of anyone who has talent, worked their ass off, and still can’t get your job? Uh huh. Where’s the “justice?”
Talent, and maximal effort, years in the making, that’s how you got your job. That’s how you keep your job. In a few years, aging out, you’ll no longer be able to do your job, and have to do something else. That’s how that works.
But not in the real world? Regular people, well they’re different? Please.
If you work at being an asshole, a public menace, then you’ll earn it. Chest beating, mouth farting walking statement of “look at me” bullshit. That’s weak, not strong. That’s posing, not playing. Fake, not real.
When you pick a fight with a professional fighter, a cop, you’re going to loose. If you have a warrant, they’re going to take you. Where’s the part that this guy didn’t get what he needed? What he earned?

But maybe Jacob Blake, et. al., was wronged, and discriminated against because he’s black? Tell that to the referee next time they make a call. Then walk off the field, to show us how amazing you are. Fool.
Fuck that guy, idiots. I’d love to see you work a week in law enforcement. I’d love to see you experience what it is to be a cop. You think you know. You don’t know shit. Assholes the world over blaming you, because you’re a cop, for all their problems.
And let’s NOT forget, cops don’t make laws, politicians do. If you don’t like the “laws” then go fuck with the politicians, not the police. Politicians are the problem too. But mostly, assholes being assholes are the problem. I know, I’ve been both.
Any more though, I choose to be an American, not an asshole, or a politician. Though when you run for office, that’s what you are.
